Dr. Larissa Rodriguez is a compassionate and energetic Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Her connection to Aspire Vision Care runs deep, as her passion for optometry was ignited right here when she began her journey as an optometric technician. Dr. Rodriguez continued her optometric journey at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry (NSUCO) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating with honors while earning her Bachelor of Science in Vision Science. Prior to optometry school, Dr. Rodriguez received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Her diverse clinical experiences include invaluable time at NSUCO’s Autism Clinic. Dr. Rodriguez has also worked alongside retinal specialists and oculoplastic surgeons in South Florida. Her clinical journey even took her all the way to Bethel, Alaska where she provided comprehensive eye care to 58+ rural communities in Southwest Alaska. These diverse clinical experiences have honed her skills across the full spectrum of eye care. With a special dedication to pediatric patients and individuals with disabilities, Dr. Rodriguez brings a uniquely warm, friendly, patient, and energetic approach to every examination. She believes in making eye care an accessible and positive experience for everyone.
As a proud native Texan, Dr. Rodriguez is incredibly excited to return to her roots and serve the community at Aspire Vision Care.
