The Brushy Creek Municipal District was founded on October 27, 1977. Though it was originally simply called Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2, its name was changed to Brushy Creek in 1990.

Today, Brushy Creek has a population of 22,519 people, and is home to many parks and recreational centers. Among these is the Community Center, which boasts gyms, an indoor walking track, group exercise rooms, racquetball courts, a rock climbing wall, and more.

The Brushy Creek District also maintains parks, green areas, and pools including Cat Hollow Park and Pool, Brushy Creek North Park, Pepper Rock Park, and Liberty Walk Geenbelt & Disc Golf Course.

Our eye care team is proud to count ourselves as part of the vibrant community of Brushy Creek. We are proud to offer eye care services such as comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings and emergency eye care to all the neighborhoods or Brushy Creek including Liberty Village, Cat Hollow, and Hillside.
